i’m running behind! What is your late policy?

We have a 10 minute grace period for guests running late. Please call or text us to let us know within the 10 minute period. After 10 minutes, your appointment is subject to being rescheduled so your barber/stylist can remain on time for their next guest. If we do not hear from you after 10 minutes, you will be recognized by our system as a NO SHOW and charged for 100% of your service.

***Your barber/stylist will use their discretion.


SOMETHING CAME UP, I can’t make it! what is your cancellation POLICY?

You can cancel on the website/app up until 2 hours before your appointment time. If you need to cancel within the 2 hour window, you must contact us directly. If you cancel within the 2 hour window, our system will recognize you as a no show and you will be charged for 100% of your service.

OOPS! I FORGOT ABOUT MY APPOINTMENT AND DIDN’T CONTACT IN TIME! WHAT IS YOUR NO SHOW POLICY?

If you don’t contact us or show up at your scheduled appointment time, you will be marked as a no show and charged for 100% of your service. After 2 no show incidents, you will be required to prepay when booking for your service.

Head to our Services page and review the descriptions. Choose the service that sounds the closest! Your barber/stylist can adjust accordingly.

Do you cut kids hair?

We do! We have no age minimum. At OAB we do not charge by age or have kid specific services. We think every haircut deserves expert level detail, no matter the age. Simply select by length of haircut when booking. However, we do offer kid specific services at our Brookfield location!


wHY DO I HAVE TO ENTER MY CREDIT CARD INFO WHEN BOOKING? WHAT IF I DON’T WANT TO PAY IN ADVANCE?

We ask guests to add a card on file to protect our barbers/stylists from last minute cancellations and no shows. You do not have to pay at time of booking if you select the “Pay In Person” option. If you do choose to pay when booking, you can add gratuity then or in person at check out.

DO YOU OFFER ANY COLOR SERVICES?

Sarah offers select specialty color services. Please book a complimentary color consultation first as these services are not available for online booking.

Are you open 7 days a week? What are your hours?

We are, however each barber/stylist manages their own schedule so hours and days available may vary.
